SE T637 :Need help accessing J2ME online applications...Cingular Blue

Four weeks ago, my T637 stopped accessing the internet on my J2ME applications.

We have diagnosed and troubleshooted to no avail. The errors I get are the usual "login error:write" and "unable to connect". No settings have been changed in the unit.

This is what has been done so far:
1) We downloaded the applications in question onto a SE S710: they ran just fine, however this was on the Cingular Orange rather than Blue...
2) We took the cellphone out of Cingular's system into Centennial's and Rogers; the apps still would not run. As a backup, we took another T637 and tested...still would not run.
3) Thinking that it may have been an issue within the SIM card, Cingular replaced it. Still no success...

To this point, Cingular now has advised that they would have no more knowledge and has advised switching from blue to orange. The problem with that is twofold:
1) The email program and HTML browser that are currently in the phone (and still work) are no longer transferrable nor replaceable.
2) The plan I have now is no longer in existence, and I would lose features such as free incoming text messages during the switch, all to save a weather radar app and two IM apps that allow communication over GPRS rather than SMS.

If anyone has any ideas as to what this may be, whether a settings or firmware issue, I would appreciate any assisstance in this matter. Please take note that I am still able to access WAP, or run apps that are not internet-dependent...
