Does anyone know if it's possible to change cell phones with Verizon? It's not so easy as it's CDMA and not GSM. Also, I've had my phone for about 3 weeks. Does anyone know if it's possible to exchange my phone with Verizon? The policy on Verizon's website says 15 days for exchanges and I regret not doing it sooner but the phone hurts my eyes no matter how I set the lighting. I was thinking if I can't do this, I would just buy another phone and switch to that while I sell my old one. |

You can buy another phone at full price through Verizon because you are outside of your 15 day trial periold...you won't be able to get a discount price you can purchase another Verizon phone through a friend, or example...like ebay and sell your other phone as you mentioned. I seriously doubt it... but maybe still contact Verizon and explain the situation with them...maybe they will work with you on a exchange...etc.. Good luck and welcome to the forum.... |

Call CS NOW, you are so close to the 15 day deadline, with luck they will let you change. I know someone, that actually did this. Third week into the contract, called had a very good reason for not calling sooner and had a legit. complaint. He was given a phone of his choice. CS lose leeway after 30 days. Good luck and get moving.

yes definitely do not waste anymore time, like Rich said, you are so close to your 15 day trial, that you still have a chance to exchange it.
