    TENGO UN V3i Y NO ME FUNCIONA EL MOTOROLA PHONE TOOLS, POR ESTE MOTIVO NO PUEDO DESCARGAR LAS FOTOS A MI PC.
    COMO PUEDO HACER PARA DESCARGAR LAS FOTOS, EXISTE ALGUN PROGRAMA QUE ME SIRVA PARA ESTO?

    que exactamente es lo que no te funciona de MPT? no connecta? no transfiere? no ve los drivers?

    primero necesita hacer que trabaje MPT, despues puede cambiar a la version nueva si es que no la esta usando ya.

    Ese celular da muchos problemas definitivamente

    Yo bajé el software pero el problema es que el teléfono no se deja reconocer con mi lap y no puedo tampoco bajarle las fotos!!!

    La mayoria del tiempo necesitas hacer un "re-boot" a la computadora para que los "drivers" funcionen bien.

    ve a los settings del v3i y en coneccion selecciona USB Settings y cambia a opcion a "Modem",espero que esto funcione
