A friend of mine is looking to get a cell phone. Just wondering what the best provider would be in the area (Rockwood, MI) Sprint, Verizon?

Most carriers in the metropolitan areas are going to have good coverage. It's going to depend on more than just where he/she lives. Where do they travel? What kind of plan are they looking for, local or national? Who they are going to call most and be able to use mobile-to-mobile minutes, plus a bunch of other stuff.
