Who can I contact to donate some land for a wireless tower for bluegrass cellular ?? I live on the Laurel/ Knox County line off 229 on 1810 and the land site is pretty high up. I would say 800-1000 feet or so if not more. Please direct me in the right direction as this area needs better CDMA cell phone coverage
