|  cellcm, can i buy a used phone?
My daughter's phone still works, but the screen bit the dust. The phone is old but I am not eligible for an upgrade yet with cellcom. Can I buy a phone on e-bay and will it work with cellcom in WI?

Yes, make sure it is CDMA. And make sure the ESN number on the phone is clean from debt and not stolen. Your best bet would be to try and find a USCC or Alltel phone.

Depending on which retail location you visit ,sometimes they can sell you a used phone. You probably are not the first person this ever happened to.

Your safest bet is to check out a retail location and see what kind of used phones they would have.
