Nokia 6015, 2181, 2285 national plan verizon?

I am working to replace my cell phone with an E-bay or other used phone purchase, since I am not able to upgrade for a while and need another phone. I have looked at the Nokia models listed above, and was curious as to whether or not they would all work with my current Verizon, "family in calling" national plan, or if they would not work in some areas, as some of them, (I think) are set up for use with a pre-paid calling plan. Basically I am looking for a Verizon compatible phone, that has a good display, speaker phone, and voice dialing capability. Thanks!

Currently Verizon will not activate an older phone without GPS capability. Goto the Verizon website and search "GPS" to get info....
