Thumbs up Cricket Coming to Kansas City
as i was going thru the overland park, ks planning commission meeting i found this,
Special Use Permit No. 2006-16 - 12850 Quivira Road. Special use permit requested for a five-year period of time to allow construction of a Cricket Communication monopole. This property is currently zoned R-1, Single-Family Residential District. Application made by Cricket Communications. (Case No. SUP2006-00016)

Requires Public Hearing - Continued to July 10, 2006

Cricket won a 10 MHz PCS C Block license in the PCS auction last year.
