Not the perfect test of course, but I found Cingular's response to be pretty funny. They cite that a national study says they drop fewer calls. As if people in Chicago care about which network is drops the fewest calls nationwide...I'm guessing they care about Chicago first, everywhere else second.

As usual Cingular once again comes at or near the bottom of a study. Geeze I'm so surprised! Kudos to Sprint and Verizon performing the best, no surprise there.

The results of the study are very interesting to me. We take day trips to Chicago atleast once a month and 3 day vacations 3-4/times per year. I am familiar with all the areas mentioned and found Cingular & Verizon to perform equally well without any dropped calls even from hotel rooms & restaurants. It would be interesting to hear from someone with Sprint that frequents the area. As for O'Hare, Verizon, Cingular, T-Mobile all perform superb as I imagine would other providers. Just my 2 cents
