There are only three Extended Network areas where IN/M2M does not apply -- one in northwestern Missouri, one in western Louisiana and southern Mississippi (and that depends on the carrier you're on), and one in the Dakotas.

First answer: It's areas where VZW roams on Centennial.

Second answer: Yes...VoicePulse, www.voicepulse.com

Yea...I was thinking Centennial if it wasn't Cellular South!

As far as voicepulse....I have it also. I've only had it a couple of months now. The reason for asking is that I noticed you over @ broadband reports forum a while back while I was researching VOIP services. Voicepulse is working GREAT for us......

Wirelessly posted (Samsung i600: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 4.01; Windows CE; Smartphone; 176x220))

Take a look at Vonage. You might get a little more for your money.
