Default Best coverage and customer service in Ohio?

I'm currently a Verizon customer, but I've been having some issues with their service in my area. I've heard good things about T-Mobile in the central Ohio area. I personally have been with Sprint and ATT (TDMA), but have never tried a GSM carrier. I need good coverage all around Columbus, Cincy, and Cleveland. What would you recommend?

I'm in the Cincy area and Verizon has been top notch. AT&T (TDMA) is also solid around here. GSM is fairly good in Cincy, but once you get out of the Cincy area, it's limited to only the major highways. If you want good coverage, I'd have to say Verizon is the best around here. What type of problems are you having? It could be your phone. Have you updated your PRL?

Default Best coverage and customer service in Ohio?

I've swapped out my V60i once already, and it solved the other problems I was having, but not the reception problem. I also have the latest PRL. I know it's not limited to my account, as my roommates have Verizon as well, and none of them get above a bar in this area.

Try T-Mobile. I have them up in Northwest Ohio, but I have been to Dayton and Columbus (alot) without any problems.
