Default Lower Lake Michigan area

I started college this fall up in Madison WI. I have an AT&T plan set to expire next month based out of Chicago, AKA home. I would like to get another plan out of the chicago area that has a regional calling plan. I don't use that many minutes, I average about 150-200 a month. I even looked into prepaid but that isn't really cost effective and AT&T said there would be problems with the SunCom network in Madison if i used prepaid. So can anyone recommend an inexpensive plan, I am not rolling in funds right now, that would fit my needs?

Thanks

Check out US CELLULAR, they just bought out primeco chicago, and have service in wisconisin, illinois (Chicago) , indiana, and most of iowa. I've had them for years, and they're great. They are also in the process of upgrading to CDMA (like Verizon and Sprint)...I've heard that they will start to offer new phones on Feburary 15th in wisconsin...You might want to visit their web sit at www.uscellular.com. Service for chicago is not yet listed under wisconsin plans, as the upgrade is not yet complete. If I were you, I'd find a store and talk to a service rep.
