Default Dobson CellularOne?

What is the deal with Dobson CellularOne? Are they going to be replacing their WebMagic service? Are they upgrading to GSM? How soon? I will be suprised if they still exist in the next few years without advancing their technologies. Has anyone out here used AllTel? CenturyTel was just bought out by AllTel here in the Eau Claire area. It appears they have nationwode service and some very good rate plans that also include Data services. Has anyone tried them out? I need to do somthing soon. I have been a long time CellularOne customer but would really like to be able to check my email on the road. What is the Buzz out here? Is Dobson upgrading anytime soon or do I "jump ship" and go with AllTel or Sprint? Nextel is also in the Eau Claire area however their coverage is poor. VoiceStream is also here however they do not have service anywhere north of Eau Claire. Ideas?

Default Dobson CellularOne?

I have checked Cell One's page for out here in PA near the OH border and noticed they totally removed the Web Magic from it... so I am assuming from that they aren't offering it anymore. They recently started offering the Nokia 6360 phone which is Web Ready but as far as I know talking to them on the phone tonight they don't have any internet service.. no idea if they are going to.. hmm was the WebMagic their old internet serivce? Cause the guy on the phone said their internet service was discontinued cause no one subscribed to it.. he said something like only 89 people subscribed to it in this area.. but I don't think they really offered any phones that web ready unless the 3360 or 8260 is?

I personally think the reason they had very customers was that there phones they offered were big bulky and junk! They had a Ericcson as well as a Mitsubishi which was huge!
