Default T-Mobile's iStream.. horrible in Chicago

I'm in the Chicago area.. and I'm lucky if I can connect to iStream. Half the time, it times out with "Network not responding" or something like that. Anyone else experiencing this? It's no big deal I suppose, I can just keep getting $2.99 credits to my account until they fix it... because there's no way I'm paying for this kind of shoddy service.

On a good note, the voice communication is great.. CRYSTAL clear, no drop-outs, always a pretty strong signal, and only once have I experienced the echo effect where you can hear yourself talking (very odd).

Yep, finally they admit there's a problem.. last time I called, they said there were no problems. They're working on it..

It will be fixed soon. Wheneven I have a problem with iStream here, they place a trouble ticket and it usually takes about 4-5 days to fix, most of the time sooner.
