Default Cingular question (silly question)
My in-laws lives in Wisconsin and I live in Minnesota. Can I sign up with Cingular in Wisconsin and use the service in Minnesota as well?

I am not familiar with those areas, but the best thing to do is look at the Cingular website and check out the maps and plans by putting in either zip code. Just as long as coverage is available, you should have no problem using a phone in both areas.

Minnesota just has roaming for Cingular for now. Would that be a issue?
