Question Attorney General Ruling --> Question

My mom heard on the news that the Attorney General's ruling gives customers of Wireless companys 2 weeks to get out of their contract if they are experiencing bad signals and lost calls. I couldn't find anything like this on the interenet. Only that new customers get 2 weeks to cancel their service if they are not satisfied.

I really want to get rid of Cingular. Anyone know who is right? Or what the exact ruling is?

Thanks.
Megan

Well Megan,

if you do not get signal at your house then call CS (Customer Service) and ask tell them the situation. Tell them you have no signal at your house (if that is the case) and they should check their detailed maps... if they say sorry we have found no problem with the phone (or the service or whatever) then ask for a tech. help person. If and when you get a tech. assistant then ask them if they will come out to your house (they should - they did at my house) and do a test on the signal strangth and call quality.

If they find problems either by map or having someone come out then you are out of your contract (from what i understand)

Please correct me if i am wrong
