Default Any one having trouble with the #646?

I have always been able to do this but since last night I am not getting any text message back? I am on AC Verizon.

Default Any one having trouble with the #646?

sometimes when billing cycle ends, around the 12th in my area, #646 does not work for some reason, could be because their system is updating.

#646 about half the time would just transfer me to 611

i get the same thing, but as i'm being transfered, i also get a text message with all my minutes used and payment history etc, don't understand why one would be transfer if the network is already sending the info one needs via text, at least in my case.

Sometimes I don't get my txt message till an hour after I call. I hate this txt msg BS, I miss the old #646.
