Default Qwest plans on Sprint network?

I thought I read that Qwest should start offering plans using Sprint's network early to mid September. When I call customer care to get informaion regarding when new plans will be offered, I get told to watch the Wall Street Journal for information. I bet people here are more informed; any information is appreciated.

Default Qwest plans on Sprint network?

Jen,
Yes, within a few months, Qwest will transfer all of its wireless customers to the Sprnt network. To the customer, it could be transparent except you'll need a software upgrade on your phone. And unless Qwest's employees have been watching the investment pages, thay have not been informed of what's going on.

Qwest wants to continue to offer its own brand of phones and plans, but will use the Sprint network. There could be some advantages next year if you want Sprint, you might find a better plan through Qwest. For example, Qwest offers an Unlimited plan in the Twin Cities, and you'll eventually use it on Sprint.

Qwest's big plan is to offer the entire bundle, phone, satellite TV, internet, wireless, etc., with the idea you'll save if you buy it all from them, and they get higher customer loyalty.
