Does anyone know if there is going to be any future Verizon Wireless coverage in Northern Wisconsin? I know most services stop in Rhinelander, WI and Wausau, WI? Will Alltel ever be added to Verizon Wireless PRL's?

I know about 2 years ago I wanted to go to Verizon but it stopped in Appletton. ANd to my understanding with Verizon they cant go no furtuer because of the FCC and the laws of telcom laws so unless verizon wants to buy out like cellcom they are pretty much stuck in the same spot. in Appletton. And love to try out verizon but Im not getting a long distance phone number just to use verizon no way. Sprint is pretty much what I have for 2 years now I like it alot alot better than cellularone or cellcom. Cellcom clearly the down fall, not clearly the best if your the best why does all the cellcom customer still use analog yet and cellcom only have a few digital towers up in runiing in wisconsin interesting?

tbrusky, it would be useless for you to get a verizon phone, because you would be roaming on sprint (included in the local footprint). The reason they can't have subscribers is that they would be reselling other carrier's service, which they do not have the contract to do.
