Default New towers?

I emailed T-mobile to try to find out when they would be adding more towers in my hometown. They pretty much just refused to answer. Is there any way to find this stuff out?

They won't tell you whats coming on line next week...they think it's some competitive issue. The only way is to call your local towns building dept and ask, then sometimes it's just a "shared tower" company thats asking for permits, the building dept may or not know who the providers are

If it's anything like my town, you might be able to check on your town's website. Check the building and zoning boards.

Default New towers?

Or you can call cus care, tell them you want to file a 'service issue' or trouble ticket for a specific area, say highway x for so many miles to highway y. Tell them that its for whatever problem your having like no coverage, if you just want general info I tell them dropped calls. Tell them youve already tried to power cycle the phone several times, for some reason, it seems like the average rep loves to tell you to power cycle the phone to keep from the paperwork, almost like military doctors and motrin.

Anyway, I digress, after you file it, a lot of times you can call back in several days, and an engineer will look at the area, and tell you if there are any "network enhancements" whatever that means, or in my case ive filed for no coverage, and theyve told me that there are towers to be built within the next year. Or like one I filed, they flat out said no improvements planned within the upcoming year.

The more you file, and the more others file, the more they see where their trouble areas are.
