I was poking around the recent transactions this morning, and came across a couple of applications involving WWC. It would appear that they are buying up a bunch of PCS spectrum from CommNet and Prairie Wireless. Maybe they are the same company? I don't know. I also don't know if either company was even providing service. I only know the licenses cover MN and the states to the West. I also know the transaction involves 2 licenses for the Bemidji area, and the application says they plan to use the spectrum to deploy GSM.

That's kind of odd, that area already has GSM (or will have) from Dobson. The only roaming traffic they could pick up would be Tmobile.
