Have you seen this cell tower near you? Well, I spotted another tower in a TV show. This time, it was tonight's episode of House on FOX. Sorry for the low quality pics, I will try to update them after the show posts online. First to ID the site gets a cookie!

I'll give some of the other tower hunts a chance... but I'm almost certain I found it. I'll share the cookie if someone else gets it!

Let's see if someone ELSE can get it. Here are some better shots from Google.

Good old American Tower. So I don't know if I deserve too much credit...ha ha. The design of the tower is quite similar to a lot of the other Verizon towers I've noticed in California, and you mentioned it was on House. So I kind of thought, hmm......maybe L.A? So I did a bit of searching around (nothing else to do at 1am here..ha ha). I passed by it a couple of times thinking it looked like it. But I wasn't certain until I compared it to the google street view.

Thanks Yankee, that was fun. Telecom, thanks, but I think we both deserve an equal half.....ha ha.

This was fun. Before I was even able to grab a downloaded copy of the show, we were able to find it and grab it on google street view. I will be looking out for another site! |

Now find the Nextel site and the Sprint site, both are within a half mile!

Images: 272 | If only I could remember the episode of CSI Miami, I remember seeing a monopole somewhere on there. I'll have to figure it out some how.

Well I confirmed it with Telcom last night through PM after I was able to locate the two sites. I will say, one is a little harder to see then the other one. Last edited by Der84; 10-20-2009 at 1:24 PM. |

Yeah, the Sprint one is a little tougher to find. It's not as easy to see on street view.

The Sprint site is at 2662 Lacy Street, Los Angeles, CA. I've passed by it before a few years back. I believe it is a monopole.

Yep, it is a monopole. Its further back in from the road and looks like it's in a small yard of a business.
