Default What is this?

Hey everyone,

It's been awhile since I've posted on WA! It's good to be back

Recently, I went for a ride to the at&t tower in which I use everyday when I am at home. I noticed something different this time though, there was an odd metal platform with a 2 metal cabinets on top. At first the platform looked like solar panels, but then as I got closer it turned out it was just a metal grate. What is it? Whatever it may be, it's very new.

Below is the image I took with my Bold.

Its just that.....a platform. Whatever is in that cabinet, they don't want it to come in contact with water that may settle after a rain storm. There is a million reasons as to why they would have the box on a platform. Also the platform is cheaper and faster to get into service versus pouring a typical concrete pad.
