Talking Washington Mounument Really a Cell Site? Yes, if it's in Mississippi!

Okay, here may be one of the most creative camo sites every spotted, and we need GOOD photos for the WA gallery!

A multicarrier site has been that is designed and constructed to look like a miniature Washington Monument is along Interstate 55 just north of central Richland, Mississippi (a suburban community north of Jackson, MS).

No, really, I'm serious...Here is a TinyURL link to a maps.live.com aerial photo of the site:

The access is off of Concourse Drive, which is a loop off of Highland Colony Parkway.

Okay, Mississippi tower hunters and travelers, get your cameras and get this one in the Gallery!

P$: If anyone wants to take some hi-quality, hi-res shots of this site various angles, I'll be happy to negotiate payment for the photos for my sites and in my training lectures. Contact me via PM to talk about it. jlk

Any town or city that's worth its salt needs a phallic symbol. New York has the Empire State, in Chicago it's the Sears Tower, in Seattle it's the Space Needle, in Toronto it's the CN tower, in Paris it'ss the Eiffel tower. I guess Los Angeles doesn't count since they don't have one.

Too bad it isn't in a more open field....then they could make a giant sundial.
