I used randmcnally.com, and found that highway US-280 is also GA-15, GA-29, GA-30, and 1st St E in Vidalia, through Lyons. US-280 and GA-30 continue to Reidsville. I don't anything about the towers. COtech in Memphis

US 280 is also GA 30 I have the GPS coordinates from Tom Tom of the tower closest to Vidalia & Lyons. N32.5356 , W 82.26556 The tower is about 100 ft from the road so the coordinates will be off just a little. One week later they built another tower just like it 10 miles east tword Reidsville. I took a picture of the tower if that would help.

It is East of the Airport past Lyons going toward Reidsville on US 280. This Address is close to where it is: 2350 Us Highway 280 E Lyons, GA 30436 The other tower is about 10 miles East and was built a week after this one.

Still have not been able to figure out which company has put up the towers, but I do know they are not Alltel or At&t. My best guess would T-mobile, Sprint, or Cricket. Cricket has just opend a new company retail store in Vidalia and bought out Hargray so I think they could be theirs. Thanks to everyone that tried to help out... |

Did you ever post those two towers in the picture gallery? Just curious to see what they look like. |
