Default New tower info

Does anyone know how i could identify a new tower going up in my area? I did some searching local gov sites, antenna search pages and etc. but can not find any information.
Its a mono pole tower that was just put up along State Hwy 67 just north of Elkhart Lake, WI.
The reason im asking is because i was thinking of switching to AT&T in the near future but their coverage in the northern part of our county sucks. I was wondering if this may be an AT&T tower.

Is there anyway you can go to the base and see the signs on it?

That was going to be my next step. It is located off of the road, kind of by a business and in the woods so i will have to see what we can do.

Check the courts and records for anybody who requested permits to build in that area.

Tywest:

Why not try calling either Jeanette Moioffer (920-876-2122), who's in charge of Building Permits, or Steven Rautmann (920-876-2231), the building inspector. One or the other should be able to give you a lead, or tell you who to contact if the site is not in the Village of Elkhart Lake.
