In case you haven't recently checked our gallery of cell tower pictures, our members have just uploaded a bunch of interesting sites. The easiest way to check out the new stuff is to go to the gallery here: http://gallery.wirelessadvisor.com/ The use the "What's New" menu and go to New Images or New Posts Thanks to the members that post some unique pictures, a lot of great discussions go on in there. You might be missing it if you haven't checked in a while. Here is one example:

I have been slacking off, due to numerous reasons. I need to get back out there & get some pictures again, before the leaves start coming back on the trees.

I got my hand on a 5MP super digital zoom camera today and got some pictures of the local Nextel site being fitted for hybrid Sprint use. http://gallery.wirelessadvisor.com/s...s&searchid=444

Images: 154 | My camera came with almost no memory. I could only fit about 5 pictures at a time using 5MP. So I went to Best Buy and picked up a 1GB memory card for $34.99 with a $15.00 mail in rebate off of that. So $20.00 for a memory card is not bad.

Images: 6 | What file size do you need to make it convenient to upload pictures from these cameras? Maybe I can up the limits if it isn't too huge.

Images: 154 | Well when I tried to upload the 5MP or 7MP pics I couldn't do it. But the 3MP worked. I can't remember what the file sizes it rejected were but next time I'll make a note of it. I'm a little new at the digital camera thing.

Heres a tip, any picture that you have that is too large for the forums, open it in MS paint, and resave it. That usually cuts down a multi-megabyte file to a few hundred KB. BTW...added 1 more site today: http://gallery.wirelessadvisor.com/showimage.php?i=3131

I up'd the file size limit to 2.5x1024x1000 = 2.5MB. See how that works.

Threw you a few downed towers from Katrina. I have a couple shots from the totaled St Marys MTSO on my other machine. Try to get those up including all the gators that were INSIDE the security fence after the water receded. |

Wow, I surprised that I'm still #3 on that list. I haven't posted any new pictures in quite some time so I figured I'd be way down the list now. I've found a bunch of new sites, just haven't been able to get pics.
