Hi all - I'm working on a photo project and looking for towers camouflaged as such things as windmills, trees, and silos, etc. I know of plenty in the urban areas of Washington but I want to find one that is nearby a farm or in a more rural area, so it really stands out. Please get in touch asap if you have any ideas! I am scouting this but will be checking email. |

Hi Doc: Welcome to WA! You'll find many examples of rural site, some camo, in the gallery (look UP the screen and click on "CELL SITES"). Also, I maintain a gallery of somewhere north of 700 photos (many of which are here, too). My gallery is aimed at siting professionals, so the photos tend to be large format. Drop by www.CellularPCS.com and see if what you need is there, after you've looked here first. Best regards, Jonathan Kramer

Hi Jonathan, Thank you so much for the link to your site! I went through your photos looking for Washington camouflaged ones but all I could find was a Flagpole at North Seattle Community College. I'm looking for a tree or something in a bit more rural area. But maybe some of them dont mention what state they are in? I've been through the ones on this site but havent found what I'm after either, surprisingly! Any ideas? Thanks very much. And Wirles - thank you for the Stealth web page! |
