Default Cell Site or just Microwave antenna?

This is in front of the Admissions office at Fullerton JC (321 E Chapman, Fullerton CA)

Anyone know who's this is, or if it is even a site?

I don't believe it's T-mobile because my signal doesn't increase near it.

I can't tell from this picture, but is that antenna attached to the traffic light pole? If so, it may be an uplink to another traffic light for sequencing purposes.

Back home there is a set up like this to connect 2 traffic lights and a rail road crossing to all be on the same sequence.

Yeah it is...so it's probably exactly what you're saying. I thought it might be a cell so I thought I'd ask..

I agree with Yankee on this. It's most likely a UHF link between the traffic signal controller and the traffic controller computer.
