Images: 167 | Fire, just out of curiosity which BT headset do you have and why don't you use it? I also have a BT headset and do not use it. I have the Moto HS-805. I don't really have a good reason for not using it, other than I don't like the feel of it. It has always paired & worked fine with all of my BT devices. Just wondering

I guess I am old fashioned & am not one that at this time feels comfortable with a headset, I also see people in stores on them & kind of laugh when they are talking away on it & people think they are talking to them or I think they are talking to me. I can see in the car I may have to force myself now to use it, with the new law they gave to the Gov. to sign.

Yeah, That's the one... I think I got it for free actually. I already had an H700 so I never really used it much except when the H700 was lost. I finally found the H700 in my friend's couch a month later while looking for the TV remote. -Jay

Images: 167 | Ok, so reading Tony's caution, I decided to do some research this morning and here is what I found: The WEP-200 is a very popular BT headset and seems to have more fakes than genuines floating around. The following tips are compiled from a couple of the "other forums". Nos. 1-4 are more generic. 1. Lifetime Replacement Offer- 99% of the US Manufacturer warranty is only one year, No such thing as lifetime warranty in a genuine product. 2. Any unusual color that is not mentioned on the manufacturers website. 3. A huge discount - 30 to 40 % of the going retail price 4. Original product should be sealed packaging - unless it specifies "Bulk Packaging", however there is no bulk packaging available for the genuine WEP-200. 5.The hologram sticker on the front says "Samsing" in the fakes. 7. There are 2 sealed stickers on the real ones, one on top and one on bottom, while the fake ones only have a sticker on top. 8. The charging case says"Samsung" on the real ones and "Bluetooth" on the fake ones. and, last but not the least, from the Samsung Website, the real ones come with: Bluetooth Headset Charging Case (20 pin) Travel Adapter Interchangeable Rubber Ear Piece Covers (S, M, & L) User Manual Quick Start Guide Adjustable Ear Hook Hope this helps

Hey....well, here is my take. I've got a moto H820. I love it.....it sucks in alot of background noise...but the battery and distance are awesome. I guess I am spoiled, because the girlfriend got me an H700 and I don't like it. It is tighter on the ear, making mine hurt I want to get rid of it now |

Shizam maybe you would like the H800 better. I hear that the ear piece on it feels a little more comfortable than the H700. Last edited by Ellen; 06-28-2007 at 4:27 AM.
