Hi Everyone...here is a response I received from Verizon with some very helpful information for connecting your PDA/Laptop to your Verizon phone. The website it refers to has cables to connect almost every type of phone you can think of to many different PDA's. --Jason Quote:

I have been using my Palm m-515 PDA, Audiovox CDM-9155 and a cable from http://www.gomadic.com to access Verizon's QNC (14.4) service. It works great for checking e-mail and casual web surfing. I'm using the Blazer web browser from Handspring on the PDA. Wonder if adding National Access would speed up surfing on a PDA like the Palm m-515? |

If you do a little searching on the threads...it turns out that as long as your bill says National Access MOU, or National Access you can use the 'Express Network' with only having the minutes deducted from your plan. National Access and Express Network are the same thing and the terms are used interchangeably. I've used it with my laptop and it's pretty cool. This is from my bill on the Verizon Website Active Additional Services: 3-Party-Conference - Call Forward Busy - Call Forwarding - Call Forward No Answer - Call Waiting - Call Delivery - CDMA Digital W/Txt Msg - CallerID - Message Waiting Ind - New Every Two - Streamline Billing Roamer Toll - Home Toll - Voice Mail Plus - National Access |
