|  Amazon Launches Shopping App for BlackBerry Amazon Launches Shopping App for BlackBerry, Available for Free Directly From Amazon.com Amazon.com, Inc. (NASDAQ: AMZN) today announced its latest mobile offering for customers– “Amazon App for BlackBerry,” which is now available as a free download directly from Amazon.com. Designed specifically for the BlackBerry, the app offers customers who use a BlackBerry device with a track ball a quick and simple way to find, discover, and buy products from Amazon.com and thousands of other retailers. “Since launching our popular iPhone shopping app in December, customers have been asking us to bring a similar experience to the BlackBerry, and we are thrilled to make it available to customers today," said Sam Hall, Director of Amazon Mobile. "In addition to their favorite Amazon shopping features, BlackBerry users can now access the Amazon Remembers feature for a fun and easy way to build a list of photographs showing products they want to remember for later, make price comparisons across multiple merchants, and purchase.
