I got alltel blackberry world edition how do i get my phone unblocked without going to the alltel store

Though Verizon and Alltel are technically one company now, phone inter-compatibility between the two doesn't exist yet (how they'll make that happen is anyone's guess, if they do it at all). As far as the GSM side goes, the phone will only work in Europe and places operating on the 900/1800mhz bands. American bands are 850/1900, so your phone won't work on T-Mobile or AT&T or any other North American GSM carrier. So there's nothing an Alltel store could do anyway.
