Hello - can anyone explain how Enterprise email and ISP emails are routed to the BB when you have both configured on the device? Specifically, I have an enterprise account configured on my 8830 as well as 2 ISP accounts. The thing that puzzles me (and I don't like) is that my ISP-based messages appear in my Enterprise mailbox in addition to appearing in the ISP-configured mailboxes. Is that how the email routing works? Is there a way for the ISP email not to appear in the enterprise mailbox? Thanks for your help ..... |

In addition to having a "Messages" icon for all of my email, I also have separate envelope icons for each of my ISP accounts, so I can look at them separately. I don't have Enterprise mail, though.
