The VZW Agent messed up my filter. Every time I send a email from my Gmail account or from my Pearl, I get a copy in my in box on the phone. I'n starting to pull my hair out because everything I've tried doesn't seem to work. Thanks in advance! |

| VZW....go into your BIS account on your computer (not your BB) and set up a filter for your Gmail account that says Name: Me From : your gmail email address Check: Do not forward to my handheld It will prevent all your Gmail responses from being pushed to your BB. Hope that helps! |

also i found where you can go into your options and where it says "save a copy of sent in my inbox" check no. really its not the reps fault, all blackberrys do this by default. i actually find it helpful as its easier to track all your messages and not seperate in and outboxes. anyhow good luck |

| VZW--Did you set the filter in your BIS as I suggested? The moment I did that, all my duplicate messages stopped.

Thank you to all!!!! After talking to 4 agents, one super nice guy figured out what was wrong. Apparently some one checked on their Admin screen to disable all filters. This is some thing that we can't see on your site. I had everything setup as you recommended but it made know difference. Again thanks for all your suggestions and help!!!! |
