I just came back after spending a little over an hour at the at&t store. I was fortunate to work with a person who has the 8310 as his personal phone. We sat down and looked at all the programs that I have on my Treo that I actually use and unfortunately there is no easy way to do more than 75% of them on the BB. This coupled with the fact that I do not/cannot download E-Mail from our exchange server and the web browsing is limited as was mentioned, I decided to stick with my Treo for the time being. I loved the size, weight & the crisp screen, but was a little disappointed in the number of steps necessary to go and edit a contact for example. It also seemed that the built quality of the 8310 was not as robust as that of the other BBs & in my biased opinion the built quality on my Treo is better. The icing on the cake was when it took ages to load up "http://wap00.com" on the BB and that too it could not download the wireless advisor banner properly. I am glad I started this thread, I learnt a lot about BBs from all you BB users and fans. Thank you very much for all the help you have provided, I went into the store at least halfway educated about it. PS: We talked about battery life and he charges his every 2-3 days. He said that if he had all the "junk" on his phone that I have on mine, it would only last about half that time.
