(sprint locked (cdma)) Blackberry 8703e (unlock help)

Hi, i was wondering if it is possible to unlock a sprint locked cdma blackberry 8703e. i used to live in the us and bought the phone there, but when i went to go activate with sprint they told me i had a bad esn number. Now I’m living in Canada and wanted to find out if it is possible to unlock the blackberry for use with bell or Rogers. I’m new to unlocking phones but I’m familiar with hacking and cracking so, any help will be appreciated.
