Default trace mode for blackberry

does anyone have knowledge of how to get the trace menu up on blackberry 7520-i use to be able to do it on my flip phone but the menu is so different on the blackberry-greatly appriciated

Not sure what you are looking for with "Trace Mode" but go to this site, has a lot of tips and different keystrokes that can display other information that normally is not displayed. Maybe one of those will work for you.

Again, not sure what you are trying to accomplish in trace mode, but if it is to identify whose tower you are hitting keep in mind the BB will display that but by MNC code. Something I found at another forum below. If you need other MNC codes you will have to search the web for them. Hope this helps.

Choose Options / Advanced Options / Host Routing Table. Scrool down the list of entries to see which one is highlighted. The highlighted one is the active one. If you look at the first 5 characters of the name of the active entry, that is the MNC code of the current network. Below is a list of the most common MNC codes:

31041, 31017, 31015 = Cingular
31026 = T-Mobile
31038 = Cingular Blue (former ATTWS)
