Hi, my company is using the BlackBerry Enterprise Server plan from T-Mobile. I was told that we have unlimited emails. I read the site and it also mentions we have unlimited internet/data usage. Does that include Instant Messaging (IM) or is that counted as SMS (which incurs a fee)?

You will probably need to check with T-Mobile. I have an unlimited data plan with Cingular, but SMS or text messaging is not included. So I pay a little extra to have that.

I have Cingular's unlimited BB/data/text plus tether. It is $79/month versus the $39/month BB plan but I can use my BB 8700 as an Edge modem for my laptop or GPRS where EDGE isn't available.
