I've got a small issue. I have an audiovox 8910 with verizon service. I worked for a couple days to get ringtones to my phone, and finally was able to get a few via the vzwpix website, regular e-mail wasn't working at all. I renamed one of the audio files that I sent, and now it won't play. Not only that, but it locks up the media section so that I can't scroll to any other of the downloaded ringtones. I can't find a place outside the media section to delete the tones, and am unable to do that from the media section. I want to get this working again asap. Any ideas on how to get around this? I've tried re-saving the audio file both as the exact same name as the one that errors and as alternate names, but it always sets me to the one that locks. Thanks for your thoughts.

Figured it out... ended up wiping all media from the phone. I think I just found a ghost in the software... I put ringers back on and changed the file names on phone without problem now.
