The funny thing is the second result is a link to WA

But basically you hold the two soft keys in and press the reset button with your stylus.

Not sure if the OP wanted a hard or soft reset??? Just remember you will loose all information on your device when a hard reset is done. It is a very good idea to back up your info with activesync and either Sprite back up or SPB back up.

This phone is the bees knees compared to the 6700. The size is great and the touch screen is very responsive. It does tend to use up all the memory but all you have to do is throw the "X-Button" program on there and your good to go!
