Default CDM 9500 Voice Entry Error...

I'm crying because, I can't use the Voice Entry function... It tells me "Entry Error" everytime... I called tech support after reading something along these lines here, and they claimed they had no idea about this problem...

I'm going to return the phone tomorrow, because this suks.

Any advice on what I could do to get things working?

Default CDM 9500 Voice Entry Error...

You have a defective 9500. There have been a few users that have had this problem and when they exchanged their phone for another 9500, no more problem. If Verizon CS folks say they have never heard of this, then as to see the manager and tell him it's posted all over the internet. It's a software bug of some sort but I have used the 9500 and the voice dial has worked flawlessly.

I can verify this. I had the problem. I swapped the phone and this one workst perfectly.

I just returned the phone and they gave me a new one. No problems entering names this time. Weird...
