so that 9900 is 49.99 and all, one question i was confused on by the other thread... does it not have a vibrate and ring at the same time feature? or is it just that it does not vibrate then ring? or niether? thank you very much

You can only choose ring only or vibrate only, not both at the same time nor vibrate after it rings... On a side note: Juanes jams...
