Default 8900 Failure To Record Numbers

I recently purchased an 8900 from Verizon after having a V60 and, so far, think it is a piece of crap. My primary issue is that the phone doesn't record all phone calls that come in, but only some. This is not a setting issue. I even exchanged my original phone for a new replacement. (I'm of course assuming that Verizon gave me a new replacement.) The replacement only records four out of five calls as well. There is no rhyme or reason to it. Simply, some calls come in, I let them go to voice mail or whatever, go to All Calls, and there is no sign the call was ever received.

I also think the text messaging is cumbersome.

Anyone have any thoughts?

Default 8900 Failure To Record Numbers

It is obvious that you are dealing with a software glith or something.. I have mine for 2 weeks already and have not had any problems of that type at all or know of anyone that does from 7 more people that I know from work and family that have the 8900..

One thing that I do have a problem with is the AutoAnswer Feature timer.. you can set it up to asnwer automatically at either 5/10/15 seconds,, but no matter which setting you have it under, it wont pick up automatically unless u flip the phone.. Other then that,, I think this is defenetely an awsome replacement for the Motorola V60, T720 and T730 models.. Hands down!!
