audiovox 9100

hello all ,new to WA, work for at&t wireless but im in canada(3rd party call center lol) my question is ive been trying to get into the debug mode on the 9100 i know you press f 0 0 when it first starts up and its askes for an FSC code and from what i can gather its 6 x 0s (000000) but when i enter it ,it just goes back to the normal menus, just wanna get it to stop switching to analog mode lol i also herd i might need to do a factory reset to it but i cant find the option for that, im with bell here in ontario if that helps,
Anyone who has any idea please respond?

ps: also if anyone knows how to set up alert inbox for the mobil browser? went to a bell store and they had no idea and cust care didnt ither lol
