How do I convert MP3 files to MIDI files? Then how do I get it on to my phone without using a USB connector? Or is USB the cheapest most effective way? Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks Orioles. Bye the way, how is your new phone working out? I really am liking this phone more and more...except for the phone book, what's the deal with that? Anyway, hopefully your new phone is doing well. |

unfortunately it looks like I am having problems with this one too. I am not sure if Verizon's service where I am is just messed up at the moment or if its my phone, so I am going to have to look into that soon. But now my phone will be on me desk and it will go from full service digital, to no service, to full analog service, and then back to full digital...just sitting on my desk. This didnt uesd to happen at my desk so like I said I am not sure if its the phone or if its just something is wrong with Verizon (i called verizon and they didnt know of any reason for this to be happening) Yeah the phone-book is extremely annoying at first I was like 'oh its no big deal' but the more i use it the more i cant believe how stupid it is. I mean its not like its hard to change the search function...stupid stupid programmers. (i guess I shouldnt insult them to much since programming half of what i am going to be doing when i graduate college)

Wow, sorry to hear that. That is what my Motorola V120E used to do. I would imagine it was a software issue. I am sure you have the most recent version? Also, can you put the phone in "digital mode only"? Then see what happens? Good luck.

I know this is usually recommended, but there is a new PRL that was just released. My wife's Nokia 3589I was jumping in to analog roam for no reason, and I heard the PRL 50128 had this problem. Just a suggestion and I am sure you already checked it out.

Hi; I am new to this forum and this suggestion may be something you have heard alraedy, but if you click FIND, from the first screen it will take you to the phone book. You can then scroll thru the names. I am having problems with the Search mode to a particular name, it doesn't always work. Gino88 |

the way that audiovox designed this search feature is pretty hard to get used to. unlike most cell phones which just match what you type in to the first part of someones name. this phone compares it to any part of someones name. for example say you have these 2 people in your Phone. Marisa, Risa. if you type in r...i...s... it will show Marisa first and tehn Risa. This is because it matches what you type with ANY part of the name of someone stored in ur phone book. So Marisa comes before Risa in the alphabet so Marisa will show up first, followed by Risa. It is a little confusing to explain but I hope this helps. If this isnt the issue you were talkin about sorry to waste your time! |
