I have retired my 9100 and to prepare it for give-away, I'd like to know how to remove my phone number from the 2nd screen that displays it when starting up. Or must I return to the Verizon store? |

You can take it to a Verizon store (I assume it was a Verizon phone?) and they can remove the information for you. I used to know how to do this myself when I had Verizon but I don't remember how anymore. Sorry.
