Verizon has a 15 day return policy. If your 8900 won't do the things you want it too, or you just don't like it, take it back before the end of the 15th day. You can then exchange the phone for another (but you don't get another 15 trial) or you can cancel your contract. I have never done it, but I have read several posts on this and other forums where people have done this.
