I've been thinking about upgrading(?) from the 9155 to the 8600. Looking at the 8600 info on the Verizon site, it says charge time for this phone is 4 hours/6 hours for standard/extended batteries.

Just wondering what recharge times users have experienced with this phone.

that seems REALLY long to me. I usually charge my phone while its on and I think it usually is around 2-3 hours for it to charge completely. I mean I havent done this scientifically or anything but thats the feeling I get

I have no problems with charging at all. typically 2 hours does the job (went from empty to 4 ticks)

I did abide by the initalize 3 charge/discharge for the battery tho (with charging for up to 8/10 hours as the sales rep told me)

Josh123 -- I am just interested to know if your phone have an annoying Bell ad on the outer screen? or does it just show the time/date on the outer screen?
