Does anyone else have a problem with reading the display outside in the daylight?

Default CDM-8600 in Daylight

This is a problem that people have with ALL color phones. I have actually never really had a huge problem with this but it is very common that with a color screen it is much harder to read in the sunlight. All you have to do is block the sun from reflecting directly off of it and you should be fine (just put your hand between the sun and it or something)

oh man I HATED the outer display on the VX6000...but i would say the screen on the inside was visible (though not extremely easy to see) in the sun. But its definately one of the few (if not the only) color phone I have been able to read in sunlight.

Default CDM-8600 in Daylight

I had a motorola timeport P8767 and the screen on the inside of that thing is the same as the screen on the inside. It was so hard trying to read that screen in the sun in JULY when i got it. Conce i got back to school things were much beter...except that sprint sucked in my appartment.....realy sucked.
